Governor Napolitano selected my book, The Seed and the Giant Saguaro, as "the" first grade book for Arizona for 2006-2007. 

What does this mean?

Every first grade student in the state of Arizona received a copy of the book.  A special printing of 100,000 copies.

Wow.

I am honored.  And humbled.
